Senior Globalsis Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of the support team, including internal and external team members.


  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the of all Globalsis applications and services.


  • Design, develop, modify, implement, and support globalsis software components.


  • Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.


  • Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.


  • Mentoring the support team to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.


  • Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.

  • Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 8 years of programming experience. Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.


  • Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent organization and time management skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead others.


  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Globalsis Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support for all Globalsis apps.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information.



  • Train customers on software features and functionality.


  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved.


  • Update customer records in the ticketing system and knowledge base.


  • Assist with testing new software releases.


  • Create and update support documentation.


  • Stay up-to-date on software changes and updates.


  • Provide feedback to the development team on ways to improve the software.

  • Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 5 years of software experience.


  • 2+ years professional experience in customer service or technical support.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with difficult customers.


  • Ability to learn new software quickly.


  • Excellent organization, time management and critical thinking skills are necessary.
  • Secreatry/Marketing Agent

    Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.


  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls.


  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.


  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.


  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations.


  • Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.


  • Developing and implementing marketing plans for clients’ products or services, such as social media campaigns or website development.


  • Maintaining contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with products or service.

  • Requirements



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.


  • 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.


  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • High degree of attention to detail.


  • Data entry, accounting and marketing experience.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
